32 Million Examples of How...
               Awareness Changes Everything

$32 million is a lot of money.Elite_body

Imagine in your pocket you hold a winning Powerball lottery ticket ready to be redeemed for $32 million.

There’s just one catch, you don’t know it’s there. You have no (ZERO) idea whatsoever that in your pocket at this very moment is more wealth than you can imagine.

Will you reach in your pocket and discover it? Maybe something will spur you to remember you purchased this ticket. Or perhaps you’ll toss your pants in the wash and it will become just some meaningless scraps of paper in your laundry.

At this moment your life is as it was in the moment before. Nothing has changed. You’re facing the same struggles, battles, worries and challenges as five minutes ago and pretty much the same as yesterday, last week and even last month.

Yet, you and I know that this imaginary “you” is sitting on what may very well be the key to your freedom, joy and happiness. All you have to do is become aware of it.

Sure, this is a dramatic example but then again is it? What if we are all just one epiphany away from uncovering the key that will set us free. Perhaps it’s all really as simple as becoming aware of that which we don’t know we already have.

:: List to My Live Seminer: The Strength of Awareness ::

Could it be that the key to your fitness freedom, to your best body and more importantly to your best life—a life of happiness, joy, love and freedom is both as difficult and as easy as becoming aware of it.

I subscribe to this oft quoted undeniable truth that awareness changes everything—and if you’re read my book, Strength for Life, you already know this.

The power of awareness to change your life and set you free—as I’ve spelled out in my book—became the central theme to a seminar I just did last night. Not everyone is able to grasp the depth and clarity if the tools to freedom and awareness that I’ve interwoven in Strength for Life at first glance. But my friend, the creator of The Elite Body Series, Jim Katsoulis did see it. Of course the inner workings of the mind is his business. As an NLP and Hypnosis expert he’s conditioned to see this and that’s just what he did.

The result: A brilliant, insightful, informative and entertaining hour and some. You’re going to love it, if you’ve read my book or not.

In my experience on radio, TV and even in teleseminars, what I’ve found is that the interviewer is largely responsible for the quality of the content from their quest. It’s their show, they are in charge and they either call forth amazing depth and richness that the guest may not even have known they had inside or they bring out the most bland, mundane dribble from even the best guest. Hence the reason why there is a Larry King and he makes the bucks.

I’m eager to share this talk with you—for F R E E—because I it’s unique, rich and valuable. Largely because Jim took the deep dive with me and we went into the real keys to fitness—which are wonderfully the same keys to success in life. We went beyond the “sets and reps” to the quantum level where the s*^t really happens.

The Elite Body Series is a rich, informative series not simply because Jim has brought together some terrific experts and guests but in large because he’s be able to draw out their best… it takes wisdom and commitment to do that… to be of service.

Whether you’ve read my book or not, if you’re interested in going beyond the usual conversation, I encourage you to take this journey with Jim and myself into the further reaches of strength and fitness.

My session with Jim is up now and live for another 24 hours. Simply log in and check it out… I think you’ll both learn a few things and really enjoy it.

Hi Shawn,

I did listen to your teleseminar with Jim and I have to admit, I was quite surprised to find out that you thought the same way I did, especially when I was practicing martial arts.

In my days as a Karate student, I learned that "one has to think less and act more in order to get results". It's a shame that this philosophy didn't stick with me once I left the school (for several reasons other than the training).

The past few weeks, I've been working hard on the mindset aspect of fitness and found that my years during karate were my best in terms of everything. I was fit, focused and energized. And that transcended to my schooling and relationships.

I also realized that this is something I'm missing in my life. Our interview sparked something in me that made me seek out a new karate school in my new city and this upcoming saturday will be my first class. I can't wait.

Thanks for your help and for taking the time to do this teleseminar with Jim.

Alan

I'm into fitness; however, I have not been able to increase my body into a muscular body. I do have and have read both of your books, as well as your brother's book.I do now have my stomach down and I used your stomach routines. There is down size here, I"m eighty years young!
Thank You!
Jim
